1. Reduce or eliminate dairy products, especially cows milk !  The milk protein (casein) forms mucus that may causes phlem. Lactose may cause gas production for those who are lactose intolerant.

2. Create an alkaline pH body. A body that is "too acidic" is more prone to weight gain, the common cold, diseases, to being tired, sluggish and fatigued. You will aso be prone to body aches and pains. 

3. An alkaline pH body reverses cancer and stops it in it's tracks ! cancer cells can only survive and replicate in an acidic environment.

4. Use olive oil. Although more expensive, you cannot put a price on health ! Vegetable oils oxidize easily when heated which contributes to arterial plaque.

5. Eat protein at everymeal and eliminate flour based products. They carry empty carbs with no nutritional value to which you just gain weight.
